Are they handling every duty -- maid coordination, guest communication, house inspection, inventory management, guest review follow up, calendar management, optimized pricing strategy, SEO ranking tweaks, etc -- or only a few of them?

It seems like every company doing real estate websites says they do SEO.

Get a website, set up SEO, Facebook page that says you buy houses, etc.
