If you ignore my advise and still pursue, I suggest you look for deals with executors and administrators with Full IAEA Authority which is confirmed in the document called Lettrs Testamentary (will) or Letters of Administration (no will or PR not named in will attached).Since the property that you will buy will likely be listed on MLS, ask the listing agent (or the selling agent who submits your offer) which CAR form they prefer.
