haha).Anyway, I was just discussing with my daughter and a student (in different conversations) that:-Cash is terrible to sit in right now because of inflation-Real estate is very expensive and interest rates are on the way up (which, in theory, should lead to a price decline - if not a price increase slowdown at a minimum)-Collectibles are sky high-Automobiles are sky high-I'm not in love with the drastic swings in crypto (or the "bigger sucker" necessity of it to make money)It just doesn't seem like there's a great place to park money right now, but you've got to put it somewhere because of the aforementioned inflation...If that money finds it's way home to me, I'll look into real estate as it's always my first choice, but with my only being a teacher, I need my real estate to pay for itself and can't rely on expected future rent increases or appreciation in case it doesn't happen. 

You add that to your image, see it as a plus, but not a necessity. 

A fourth bedroom and or and Office den would be a bonus but not a necessity.  good schools strongly preferred, at least elementary.

TL;DR: Check your local HOA laws, seems high risk maneuver if STR is a necessity to make it a viable deal.

I had a 1080p on a 1-story and the 4K blows it away and the 4K is a necessity if it's a 2 story as you'll have some of the cameras installed higher up.
