They find out when they review your personal tax returns and the part about owning an S-Corp show up, but you haven't provided K1's or 1120's.Decreasing the percentage of ownership to a fraudulent number like 30% to avoid self employment tax when you're 100% owner is tax evasion.Not sure how that's a mystery unless I'm missing something. 

Avoid Private Money Lenders who mysteriously contact you out-of-the-blue without context or explaining how they found you.

@Amelia McGee For me, the rehab portion of REI is the biggest mystery.

Not taking a political side on this one, as I am interested in flipping myself, but why it's "vilified" isn't mysterious. 

Seems like all mystery damages can cause arguments.I would appreciate any advice or suggestions.  

Like when people spray paint graffiti on my building or throw a bag of trash in my front yard or I’m trying to fill a vacancy and there’s a murder/ shooting on the same darn street like what’s happening at my one house now .

I'm a little leery though ... being the murder capital of NY I hear and # 9 in the Country.

As others have said I’d just screen him to make sure he is no pedo or ax murderer and add him to the lease.
