You mount that thing in front of the main outside door, invest in some batteries, and you're golden with all in about a hundred and twenty dollars.

Renovated the entire home inside and out, took out pantry to open living and kitchen space, added an island, updated kitchen, mounted TV, took all carpet and kitchen floor and replaced with padded LVP, also took carpet off step and install stair caps, also took all carpet out from upstairs hallway and the three bedrooms and add LVP.

It always happens that the number of listings gained out pace the number of buys simply because the vast majority of people are going to sell traditionally.If you aren't up to outsourcing or mounting your own campaign, you could always work out an arrangement with local wholesalers who talk to a larger number of people who want to sell, as opposed to "needing" to sell. 

If you mount it to the bottom you stand a good chance of failure. 

I'm specifically interested in building a small cabin/tiny home on raw land (not mobile/not trailer mounted, just small scale).
