Basically:Information on the benefits of the serviceHow to have them get signed upWhat will be required to get on auto-payWe also have some text message features (where an owner can automatically send a text with information by entering the tenant phone number), which is a very popular option with millennial renters and something you might consider.When I previously owned a property management company we physically went around and talked to the tenants door-to-door (this was probably 8-10 years ago when we first started taking online payments) and/or left information on their door.
