I'm not aware of software that automates this since a lot of the numbers being input are assumptions made by the analyzer.I will tell you you can dial in your processes around analyzing deals and hire someone to run your processes within your buy box.

Guest experience- We have hired VAs that do 24/7 messaging, so guest always have access to someone, we also have an Instacart+ membership so we are able to send anything over if they need it (like if our cleaners didn't put out enough toilet paper, etc.).

It's better to hire someone else to handle this, but that doesn't seem feasible because you don't decide what should or shouldn't be done if the budget is less than $500.
