Little background.
Signed a contract last May on a 3 family in a desirable area in Cincy Ohio. $257k purchase price. Rents are low, brings in about $1900 a month now.

Recently I got myself into a situation where I sold my place sooner than I expected and the permits for my new house have been hung up with a flood plains issue for the past 6 months so I was desperate to find a deal so I didn't have to go back to renting (yuck!).
