Hi everyone,I'm looking at a variety of multi-family homes right now and I found an interesting MFH.

I found out from the seller that 2 of the units pay through cash app, 2 are on Section 8, and the rest they pick up in cash.

I immediately struggled with QB and found it annoying that I constantly had to tag all the transactions for the bookkeeper AND pay her to manage it all.

I'm new here and very happy to have found this platform.

In the scheme of Multifamily Syndication, $25K for education and mentoring is a drop in the bucket compared to the cost of doing it wrong.My wife and I had 6 SF rentals when we found Lifestyles Unlimited about a decade ago. 

However, what I have found is that the majority of students do not stay beyond the 1 year, so when you go to the FB group with a question, it can take a long time to get an answer, and most of the others answering are newbies who are just getting started and don't have experience.

In the booming market in Memphis, I've found that having the right tools can make all the difference.

Any best practices or things you have found that have worked well for you?
