I would also shop around, see if other property managers can give you similar or greater service value for the same or better price. 

Is there a one stop shop to see all the regulations for each and every village, town, city, county or state.

Think ahead and shop around for what you need ahead of time to get the best deal.

It's a 7-unit shopping plaza, all units are rented to local/ neighborhood businesses.

You also need to stock the house with consumables such as coffee, towels, dish soap and body wash and shampoo etc.
