With the retail and office landscape changing so rapidly I like to stay with the corp services properties. 

Paint, flooring, kitchen and bath remodels, landscaping, and took care of some issues impeding financing.

I recommend shooting all photos in either landscape or portrait.

We have slowly upgraded the property by adding in a new driveway, walkway, new duct work under the house, updated the landscaping for curb appeal, installed recessed lighting and ceiling fans throughout the house and repainted all the interior rooms.

We cleaned out front landscaping bed, removed a fence by front sidewalk, added additional signage to increase visibility.

I know its a strange front entrance but budget does not allow me to move it so we are doing landscaping and painting.I hate yellow but I cannot figure another color to go with all this orange brick/roof

When I’m not working I enjoy landscape and urban photography; we typically camp in unique environments.

Then work with an engineer or landscape architect familiar with storage to see what size facility is feasible.

The seller has put in a ton of rehab work (one of the bathrooms and both of the kitchens still need work and there is some landscaping and trash removal that would be great).
