My damn, it's a lot less headache to sell, buy where you are and invest the proceeds somewhere else that is winning.

I didn’t have any true “wins” under my belt.

So you could see about going to auctions and winning a "cheaper" bid on a property there, if you decide that's an option.

So, as some of you may know, I managed to win my eviction hearing and the judge ordered the tenant to pay.Has anyone tried to collect on these judgements? 

Don't get me wrong the market goes up more over time then down but if you happened to take out the loan when the market was at a high point this would actually be a win for you.
