Does anyone represent a wholesale lender or is a broker that knows of a lender who finances commercial (multifamily) properties that operate as AIRBNBs?

That is part of the problem with a lot of companies (I am not knocking insula as dont have all the info/facts just stating how the business works), they engage brokers to get them loans and the brokers collect a small fee. unfortunately many of the brokers may be similar to real estate wholesalers - have little to no experience. 

My wholesale business found the deal, I bought from my wholesale business to build my portfolio. 

I don't buy from wholesalers, so I never had to ask anyone any questions, but if I WERE to buy from a wholesaler (eewww, do you know who you are talking to?
