We had been negotiating for weeks, during which he asked me to draft the offer based on his price and terms and requested over a week to review and accept it, which I honored.

Our first accepted offer was a 320 unit deal that we contracted, put up non-refundable (yeah, I know) earnest money, and thought we had our financing and money in place to do the deal.  2 weeks before closing a major (several million) partner pulled out leaving us short of the funds needed to close. 

This is not the first time, but I noticed a LOT of these this past week.....So I would request: if you're going to come on this great forum and request our help, could you please give us the SF and location of your property? 

Additionally, they should be helping with taking video walkthroughs of the location and the property, estimating renovations/scope of work, helping you learn neighborhoods, building your real estate team, etc.

In a highly competitive tourist market like New Orleans, I update my photos weekly.
