One tip I have for you when it comes to finding an agent or lender go to the top of this page under BUILD YOUR INVESTING TEAM and click on AGENTS & LENDERSFrom there you will be asked a series of questions and then you'll be matched with 3-5 agents/lenders.

They claim to charge in the "high 4 figures" - one web source says it's $4800 - to join their group and get access to their network and resources.  

I found it an enjoyable read about his journey into notes, but out of roughly ~180 pages only the last ~40 discuss notes and even those are very general and don't go into any number crunching.
