highly flouridated drinking water, mandatory obamacare/vaccinations, substance dependency, permanent war on 'terror', and media false flags galore all mean we NEED our generous government to survive and remain 'free' meanwhile the balanced 'middle' class are being exterminated from American society altogether.Depend.. or perish!

As an aside, I thought today we need to be seeing pet vaccination records if you take a pet because we've seen tenants with young dogs scratching so badly that we had to insist that they be taken in because of suspected mange or scabies and voila, two of them had exactly that -- contagious scabies.

It covers one check up a year for each of us with no cost and any basic medical stuff vaccines, mammograms, etc.  

Require the pet/animal owner to provide you with proof of vaccinations and proof of compliance with licensing laws for your area.

We have no affiliation with PetScreening.com, but we do use their services and are generally very happy with the process.For pets, they collect photographs of the pet, as well as information on vaccination records and behavioral/bite history.For service animals, they verify the prescription with the healthcare provider.If nothing else, we can genuinely state (and document) that all applicants/tenants with pets, service animals, and/or emotional support animals are screened the same way and treated exactly the same based on a standardized set of industry-accepted criteria.

Do you think it's definitely back to Q1 2020 levels within a year or two of the vaccine fully rolled out, or do you think there will inevitably be some population, economic decline?

The rollout of vaccines and promise of more financial help from the incoming Biden administration will certainly help.

At the very least, require that all dogs have their license, vaccinations, and be fixed.

Until we (as a society) have effective vaccines, treatments, and some kind of immunity/immunization, those people in high risk groups will remain mostly isolated.
