You mean to tell me I can get a room or an entire apartment cheaper than a hotel with a full kitchen, cooking utensils, BBQ grills, and a host that will help me with anything that I need.

Open drawers so people can see you have plenty of utensils, gadgets and dishes- I'd get rid of your application fee.

I've dealt with glass, bones, shrimp tails, a child's toy, utensils, etc.

Your assortment of dishware, cutlery, utensils and small appliances looks pretty sparse for such a big home.

. $6k may be barely enough for the furniture, such as beds and couches and tables and chairs, but what about the softer stuff like kitchen utensils and dinnerwares, and bedding and linen, and decorations?

We received the standard termination mail that everyone received, which also mentioned that we could retain all the content currently in the unit (furniture, painting, linen, utensils etc.).

At that point why include bedding, utensils or furniture? 

Our units had everything from towels, furniture, cooking utensil to plates, cups, and toilet paper for each unit. 

In the 1/3 year we've had our STR, these things seem to be the most important to our guests:1. location (folks appreciate being close to Pigeon Forge AND Gatlinburg)2. cabin-feel (they like the log cabin aesthetic and prefer that over traditional construction materials and styles)3. hot tub is a must. 4. stocked kitchen... many folks just eat out, but quite a few like to buy groceries and cook, so having the right pots, pans, utensils and spices has won some hearts and minds.5. view... the better the view the more they'll appreciate the time they spend on the property. whether that's just trees, or a ridge line, or the full majesty of a mountain range.Good luck in your search! 

Even when I get guests only staying two days, I show them the dishes, the pots/pans, the counter-top appliances, cooking utensils and how to operate the stove/oven.
