In this unusual and unprecedented situation where an infectious disease is spreading I would think that extra precautions would be in order-- and it seems you already knew the answer to your question with that additional criteria. 

During the last great down turn, a time of unprecedented uncertainty.The only difference here now is that you may not be ok if you buy a bad deal, like you were a year ago. 

Maybe that will change in a few weeks- again, these are unprecedented times that are difficult to predict.
