Once we lowered the price to $1 less than everyone in town we filled right up.

How do you stand out as a desireable unit in a town that is saturated with many of the same cookie cutter condo 2b 2ba.  

Some offerr condos, towns and sfr and all do well because they are closer to Disney.

We have a few airbnbs in town as well.

I live outside of Charlotte in a small town called Denver (of the East).

The tourism demand is strong year-round, especially in beach towns like Panama City Beach or Destin.

One more tip hit town homes and condo communities in the area.
