I have a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and besides hearing clients' stories and helping them problem-solve, I also enjoyed working on research projects and analyzing data.

That is great therapy!  

I am enrolled in my community college for Physical Therapy Assisting, but I never had a passion for it the way I do business, so I may be changing my major very soon.

She is a show dog champion and before retiring, was a therapy dog visiting local nursing homes and participating children library reading programs.  

If I have an animal-friendly property, I jack up my deposit requirements for all to satisfy the can't charge extra animal deposits for therapy/ESA people.  

We have a lhasa apso who I consider a therapy dog because she is one of the only things that calms my kids.

This could be happening where you are.All these newer structures now house walk in clinics, radiology labs, therapy centers etc.

We are also investigating the potential for having a couple of horses on site for therapeutic purposes as horse therapy has been shown to help with Alzheimer's and healing in general and of course people love horses.  

An investor friend in LA was forced to allow an elder lady to keep "therapy dogs" even with a no pet policy.  

I was heavily involved, ran track, and had ambitions to become a physical therapy.
