The nice thing too about the preferred group is that they are very open in sharing details of their deals, what has worked and what has not, and helping each other out through challenges at properties - there is a good teamwork atmosphere, which I appreciate.

Additionally the agent could go work as a buyers agent for a team working with home buyers purchasing higher priced homes.Now are there new investors where you develop a relationship and over time of 5,10,15 years it could lead to much larger purchases?

The point I make is this: when using a lender, make sure that not only the numbers will work for you, but the team working with you will be one that you are comfortable talking to and hoping to build a long standing partnership with!

I have a good team working with me on plans and permitting.
