I currently live in Southern Maine and am looking to construct some kind of new project rather getting into rehabbing existing residentialProposed Land Budget 100-200kConstruction Budget: 400kAll in 500-600k.I have found that if I do the site work myself including clearing, septic and digging the foundation is that i can sub contract out either steel or a Lester style building (50x150) for around 300k installed with insulation and power , divided into three 2500 square foot units.

I want to create a GMB profile for a market I invest in, but I don’t have a physical office address in that state.I’ve been looking into virtual address services like iPostal1, but I’m concerned it won’t be approved by Google since they seem to have strict rules about virtual or P.O. box-style addresses.

This way, if someone feels rejected unfairly, you can show that your decision wasn’t based on any illegal discrimination, but on consistent standards applied to everyone.Alternatively... you could just ghost applicants but that's not always everyone's style lol

On the advice of the fireplace guy who did our last cleaning/inspection, we sanded down the brick inside and painted it with the high heat black paint, and it states in the lease that they may use a fireplace-style candelabra if they'd like, but any other use will trigger all the rules in the Fireplace Addendum.
