We are looking for a teacher/mentor working in Section 8 in Colorado. 

They have close family in the area they invest, perhaps even living in the investment property itself like their child who is a college student and rents other rooms in the house to friends, or their sibling or parent.

I certainly Do Not know it all and will never be able to learn enough even though I continue to be a student seeking knowledge always.

I have had to put students on a repair program to help them after doing this very thing.

Putting aside AshCracks utter disdain for the LP investors, anyone willing to invest with them, FUND 3, given their current/recent track record needs to visit with a psychiatrist and also an elementary school math teacher to start with. 

@Aaron Gordon  we did the student rentals down here in Narragansett for  a long time and the more accurate screening was getting the major.
