In the lease term, I specifically stated: landlord is not responsible for inappropriate use of toilets, and "tenant shall be charged for repair of drain blockages or stoppages, unless caused by defective plumbing parts or tree roots invading sewer lines."

DRAIN STOPPAGES.

Current Cashflow - outside of the fact that I have not yet been paid any rent in 2023 yet, I have been averaging about -$300 in cashflow because of continual repairs (prior to rent stoppage).

Aloha,First, your Rental Agreement should clearly state that Tenant is responsible for stoppages in plumbing fixtures or lines due to misuse or abuse.
