A little about me:  I love camping (well, Glamping if I'm being honest - we camp in a Northern Lite RV), mountain biking (which I'm not very good at but I love the challenge), and Star Trek in all it's various iterations.

As we wrap up our eighth year in this business and have seen many people come and go during that time, I can’t help but feel thankful for the success we have achieved and the fact that we are still here, with a rock star team working to get better every day. 

His business is 5 years old, and has mostly 5-star reviews, which I'm suspicious of. 

But the 20%..... were freakin rock-stars!

They are a cheat code to building an all star investor focused team in any market.

It's shoddy if you have a small PM company with only 20 reviews and a 4.9 rating (likely means employees are slipping in 5-stars).
