I know this is a super broad question and is quite subjective but i'm just curious to know what others think.Also, I've read David greens book on investing out of state 3 times and its helped tremendously but kind of stuck at a stand still here.Thanks again Biggerpockets!

., I have his EIN #, searched the PA site, original title company that he purchased with, and current title company is at a standstill.

Apologies if this discussion already exists, but just wanted to see if others are seeing their markets coming to a standstill as far as listings, and  also what others are doing to find deals. 

Some people decided to stand still and others to move forward and keep investing.

My project is at a complete standstill as I need the building department to do an inspection before I can start the demo on the roof and 2nd floor because the power line needs to be detached from the house.

This is fueled largely by the shifts in demand that occur as a result of lower consumer confidence, lower incomes, tightening credit and US monetary policy.First off, I would like to say that until we have a better understanding of the timeline for which we expect businesses to be closed, new transactions will be at a near standstill.

I'm at a standstill on how to really get started. 

@Jacob Malakoff Its tough to give you a definitive answer on this one as you know everything is in turmoil, I have a couple deals under contract for clients and we're at a stand still for the very same reason. 

MA evictions as my attorney has informed me are a complete stand still.

I've done some research but due to the shutdown have found myself at a stand still and curious what more experienced investors think of the current climate and if there is anyone actively pursuing the path I hope to start on soon.
