You have to take their "Premium" Plan to get verified date/time stamp signatures like the ones you get with DocuSign, especially if you need more than one signer per document.  

Stamped steel registers are also bad. 

I recommend not only posting the notice but photographing the notice itself and a copy of the envelope/notice posted to the door with date/time stamp.

We send them out with forever stamps and it really helps to separate your letter from all the other 'handwritten' ones.

I use docusign but any e-sign program that "stamps" each page of the document with an envelope ID is a recommended way to execute documents, particularly contracts.
