I think i’m experiencing some anaylysis paralysis (the feeling of being unable to start something due to overthinking and/or over researching the situation.)

But I got really frustrated with developer who was unresponsive and lazy, unable to deliver quality results on timely schedule as agreed, so I fired her and decided to try Grumpyhare.com.

Since signing a contract with them I am unable to get anyone to answer emails or phone calls and am curious of others experiences.  

They have shown they either don't understand the cleaning requirements or are unable or unwilling to clean to a reasonable standard.
