You can use a smart phone with a gimble and get incredible results.

@David Almasy you can easily manage it yourself with Airbnb/VRBO, a few automation tools, and a smart phone. 1 property won’t take you more than 30 min a week once you get it all set up.

(So far, I have come to the conclusion that both products have great user interface, however I believe Tenant Cloud has a leg up due to the ability to manage on the go from your smart phone.)Can't wait to hear your thoughts!

I had one older tenant with no smartphone/internet who continued to deposit her rent at my bank on the first of the month. 

A pay as you go flip phone or free 'Obama' phone will let you get calls and make calls, no 'need' for the smart phone.

For the time being, we have just been using a smartphone to shoot the videos for now, but in the future, are planning to ramp this up to a more polished professional solution.

While out and about evaluating properties, I make use of my smart phone or tablet to make notes, take pictures, do quick calculations, etc...
