Never heard of them before....but your typical real estate "mentoring" guru will invite you to a free 2-3 hour session, and convince you to come to all day on Saturday or 3 day weekend course for $299-$399, when you are at that course, they'll convince you to be a Big Dog player for full on mentoring at $15,000-$50,000.   

I have a lot of people come to me after having gone through one of these "enlightenment" sessions/ training and all I have to say to them is "good luck" and here is a number of somebody who will sell you down the river in the guise of helping you!   

In Charlotte, the local HUD office offers free training and they openly share "the formula".I went to my first training session there back in 2000and "the formula" is still the same 16 years later.Here, tho one caveat has been... an owner-occupied bid beats an investor bid, which always seemed to be a noble call to me.

Nothing changed and nothing got better.WealthAbility inaccurately claims to thoughtfully pair their clients with an elite, well-trained CPA, and tax strategy team - but we were not given a team, just a poorly vetted arrogant CPA who was late to almost every session and who never took notes on our financial situation making us feel as if we were meeting him for the first time every time.

During this 30-day period, agents should be able to: set goals for themselves; set up their MLS; add their sphere/ALL of their friends, family, acquaintences to a database; begin calling/contacting everyone in their database; begin generating leads from other sources like cold calling, expireds, fsbos, social media, open houses, etc; begin tracking KPIs; create or refine online profiles; create and post social media content; attend role play sessions to work on lead generation/conversion skills & more.
