Most tenants pay using secure ACH transfers from their account to mine.

It sounds like you’ve got a solid plan in place with the bank refinance to secure long-term financing.

I completely agree with the importance of securing a good W2 job, living below my means, and investing in real estate early on.

Certainly one account for each LLC, (separate for security deposits based on your local rules)

So far, I've reached out to a company called Lloyd Security who appear to be able to help with wifi surveillance and access panel.   

When I started, I  submitted great deals to a corporate cash buyer,  they went behind my back and secure the deals with the sellers, after the  contracts expired.
