Averaged a 120% return but you have to keep it working and even if you don't it is a much better return then a bank gives.Quickest way to double your money is options on something somebody is willing to pay more for, the leverage allows 100% plus on your money but it is usually on many smaller deals to sustain it.The Las Vegas method, saw a couple of guys trying to impress as high rollers, one would bet black big, the other red, and then they sadly discovered there was also green.

I don’t want a roller coaster lead generation cycle.I also use a drip system and send the prospect multiple touches and if you’re farming by all means you will have to keep touching them to have the most effectiveness.By the way what does your postcard say?

I'm about 5 miles from Seaside, where the roller coaster still juts from the ocean (if you've seen it on the news).Many of the houses I'm receiving calls on have flood damage.

When asked if they were listed and if he had authority to represent them (I knew they had already been sold from researching them) he skated around, saying I could send him an offer.I notified Loopnet a few times, and also emailed the broker telling him he should take the ad down.
