You don't necessarily want a "creative thinker" as much as you want a "robot" who will do the exact steps you outline for them.

You can also choose accents, i find the UK accent is the smoothest to listen to, some others sound a little robotic. 

If you have to borrow money the more important that you submitt early because the one paying cash might beat your closing time and get the deal.I did graduate from college with a business degree that emphasized in real estate.  

Definitely get the owner to get the permits if you can, otherwise contact the inspector and ask for an extension on the permit or a review of the last submittal. 

This includes design, drawings, submittal to city and permits! 

Very cool to see technology advancing, but I can't help but think about movies like "Terminator" and "I, Robot" when I see artificial intelligence being implemented.

Maybe 5 or 10 bucks  to 60 all in but it is not worth it versus a quick submittal and approval for 50.I wouldn't put too much value into a BPO these days.

The doc's keep fighting with insurance companies with multiple submittals to get paid.

Auto plants have gone heavily to robotics. 

Soon thankfully robots can open doors for investors.
