Paulette, it is good to call out these bad contractors and unfortunately you are caught in a bad situation on what to do, start by a small threat that you will contact the BBB and report a claim if he does not show some progress, or if you know an attorney, maybe a simple letter from one may get him worried and he may start showing up.

They can't assess all the subjective data like overall layout, view from the living room window, the dogs next door that bark all day, the width of doorways, size of individual rooms, quality of kitchen cabinets and appliances, etc.The best thing to do is study your market regularly.

Looking for various tax strategies to reduce the reality that a large RV or boat is a grossly depreciating assetI would not have a loan, so claiming it as a primary or secondary residence and claiming the mortgage deduction is not applicable.I sold my primary residence and I have several rental properties which I use as I'm fixing them up.What I'm pondering is living aboard and working aboard developing a new product, while traveling.

If they did no due diligence, for a 506c it is up to them to verify accreditation but also do not think if the deal goes sour that you can claim you did not know, as its also up to you and you knowingly filed a fraudulent subscription agreement by marking you are accredited.Two wrongs do not make a right.
