Sometimes, different lenders have different approaches to rental income calculations!

I am not a huge fan of them personally as they are PE investors and have a very, very narrow view of the industry and how it should be approached. 

One of the great things about real estate is that there are so many ways to approach it—house hacking, short-term rentals, turnkey investments, or even partnerships.
