Metal above guter could use a power wash.

that is more a RV park. the MBH parks down here. we typically own the land, lot, and trailers. there is a reason but long story short, if i just own the lot and they dont pay the fee. i do not have the biggest teeth to push the need for my money. but if i own it all, my experience says it is a better path

What should my next move be if I am looking to push forward with this deal?

As much of an introvert I am, I’m trying to push myself out of my comfort zone so I do not get stuck.

Some of our borrowers are focusing on 4 bed 2 bath section 8 to push those numbers even higher.I pay close attention to 4-bedroom homes in Memphis for S-8 clients 

My gut tells me they are pushing the revenue and basing the homes value on that.

There are many people on this site pushing those locations that have not historically kept up with inflation.Btw I advocate all newbies start local even if their local market has not kept up with inflation.
