I enjoy teaching BP members how to use the system to save more money by using programs and taking advantage of loopholes.

I get the feeling you don't enjoy being a landlord, so I agree that you should consider selling and investing in something that doesn't include tenants and toilets.

I'm enjoy the challenges of finding creative solutions through the numbers and negotiating what can work for both the buyer and seller. 

Until that happens, enjoy major cash flow. 

I have enjoyed Stessa's interface but unfortunately it is useless to me if I have constant bank connection issues. 

I'm sure the one Chase will send you is thorough, detailed and will do the trick.I purchased @Michael Blank's Syndicated Deal Analyzer however, and I do enjoy using the tool. 

It's a niche I genuinely enjoy, and that's why I focus exclusively on it.

You'll need to really look at yourself and understand what you do well and enjoy, at the end of the day if you enjoy what you do you'll have more drive be successful everyday.
