Heck, maybe I’ll give the property manager (me) a 100% raise and an all expenses paid vacation 6 times a year.

If they think they have an "Airbnb" Unless they own the publicly traded company, then they only have a STR, or a vacation rental if they have a nice place/location.

Hold it for few years and then sell it or built a second/vacation home. which area would you recommend and why?
