So it makes zero sense not to use a free service..This is straight nonsense and I hate seeing this myth being propagated by realtors.  

I know you and I fundamentally disagree of the need for much of what has been propagated in the last several years, and this could be part of the reason we do.

And it's a myth that's propagated by people who have no understanding of how it even functions, what it specifically does in order to try to implement its policy. 

@Matthew Kreitzer  Excellent advice... the biggest propagator of wholesaling is BP its self without regard to right wrong legal illegal... everyone has a take on it.
