Housing Crash Basically doom and gloom article explaining a negative side of real estate, thought this would have been shortly after the crash in 2007/2008 but looks like it was recently published. What do you guys think?

@Justin Schmitz ..Basically, I don't focus on the negatives and look for ways to get deals done. You can make money in RE when you buy it right..
