Additionally, in the past six months, I’ve reviewed about 45 multifamily properties (ranging from 10 to 80 units) for my real estate private equity firm.

Renovation work throughout both apartments, gutted and refinished the basement as well as extensive work in the private backyard.

So I've been thinking of joining the Air Force for 4 years, during those 4 years I would buy 3-4 unit properties which later after the 4 years I can get into Commericial real estate by doing a 1031 exchange or getting loans from private investors so that I can buy bigger multi-family properties.

Property is on an acre lot so units are separated and very private making it a great house hack.Located next to Benderson Park which makes it a great location for STRing the guest house.

I have deals needing funding and want to ensure I'm structuring them in a way that's competitive and appealing to private lenders.

I've got a private investor though if the right deal presents itself for a larger reno.
