He has already submitted an application through Zillow, and we have the contact number of his current home manager.Please let me know if it's still a good idea to ask the potential tenant for a recommendation letter from their current landlord, or if calling the manager would suffice.By the way, what should we do if the tenant has simply provided a friend’s number, and the friend pretends to be the landlord or property manager, or if he just make fake letter?

Retail Agent's have milked FHA buyers for personal gain for a loooong time, and that's 99% of the reason for the game of pretending to give a dang, they were an easy commission check.

They are getting beat up in the forums here.However, I wonder if their investors, though angry now, will in time greatly prefer this approach to the extend and pretend approach of those raising rescue preferred equity, or those calling more capital on deals that have little to no equity in them, even after the call.

I have seen these terrible scams they are running now that a lot of people have so much equity in there home but after Covid I’d imagine many people have credit issues but these company pretend like they are giving you access to equity in your home but they are actually buying your home and renting it back to you.
