Diving into STR platforms like Airbnb and VRBO are definitely on my to-do list as I start narrowing things down. 

There are other platforms you could do to boost but at least those 2. 

I will try and remember to come back and update what I find out in a week or two of testing out both platforms.

Around this time I discovered Bigger Pockets and a bunch of real estate platforms online.

To find deals in Philadelphia, focus on off-market opportunities by networking with wholesalers and local investors, attending meetups, and leveraging platforms like PropStream or MLS.

I've tried a couple - truepeoplesearch, white-ages, property radar, leadsherpa, batch leads...Some services are better than others, but it is a numbers game and you also can cross check between different platforms.

This platform is great to network and making connections.
