@Scott Mac you've got to know where to invest in Detroit to avoid getting taken advantage of or just plain making a big mistake.Detroit investing is block-by-block, which is difficult for OOS investors to do.Zip codes are statistically too big.That's why we've spent considerable resources ranking Detroit's 183 Neighborhoods.

I think people are getting sick of everything being a subscription, and it could have some blowback. 

But for 20K less the Realtor doesn't have to report to a boss, or request off to go on vacation or take sick days.  

They would apologize for the delays and would stay they have been busy or sick.

real estate is a great long term wealth builder, but in the short term - 1, 2, 5 years - it actually takes quite a bit of cash and investment, especially in plain, ordinary long term rentals.

Just because you don't make any money on them, doesn't mean you aren't responsible, along with the source of the actual plans, for any mistakes in the plans, or even any mistakes in construction from lack of info, misunderstanding, or just plain stupidity of the builder/user of the plans.
