As @Ke Nan Wang said you have to hire an architect to make these decisions for you.On my projects I will compile like 5-10 inspiration photos based on projects I've done in the past, comps, and photos I find online, then I'll present those to the draftsman/architect.

It's the industry I want to be in, I see it all as well-worth learning.Now, I have a few questions for the community here.

I would do some online research into Realtors in your area to see if you can make a connection.As @Michael Dumler pointed out, wholesalers are going to be a more reliable source for consistent off-market properties with margin.

Haven’t heard of this company but most of these companies prey on people who dont spend a few minutes to search online.

What I'm really looking for is a simple platform where my tenant can pay rent online rather than send in a physical check every month (their current system...).

@Andrew Moresi I have been looking around, I found a couple promising properties online and am also in contact with a realtor.

It sounds like a good opportunity and I want to pull the trigger but I wanted to get some reviews since the program is a high ticket of $15K I couldn't find much online about this program or Brian Grimes.
