At the south end of the Malecon you will find crafts, arts, snacks, music, street performers and in general warm hospitality offered up by the local merchants.

One might wonder why BoA in NC didn't snap this snack up, but perhaps the "stress" is a bit high or something.

We talked a little and I suggested she start her shift with my office or do it when she felt like a break and enjoy a cup of coffee, tea, soda , whatever was in the snack area and my secretary made a little section that said reserved for with her name.

It ensures I do not snack.

Just two thoughts: have you factored in cleaning fees, furniture, and supplies like shampoo, hand soap, snacks, etc. for your Airbnb budget? 

Heck, being locked in these days, I've had too many lunches and snacks...I need to cut down!

I also suggest applying for SNAP food benefits in your state in the interim so you have access to nutritious food.

Is the location convenient for pedestrians to walk in from outside to buy snacks, etc? 

@Joshua Durrin I remember attending a few similar events years ago, always a good time and always good people (and good snacks).

I like to think of it as putting a dollar bill on a string, giving it to the vending machine, grabbing a snack, and then pulling it out (but without the stealing!)
