And I wouldn't be surprised if Mayor Bass is removed as well....the $17 mm cut to LAFD budget and 30% of fire trucks sitting awaiting repair, it goes on and on (not all directly her fault, but hey she's where the buck stops.

Much of this type of business simply comes from portfolio management, tweaking a portfolio by one entity releasing inventory and acquiring more, it increases the yield by conducting exchanges over having a note sit there paying to maturity.

Any quack on the internet gives out ESA for a couple hundred bucks and landlords left and right are accepting animals they do not have to accept.As I said though, there are some ESA that are actually real, but still not protected and then it's a landlord decision.
