@Alex BaevThough things are not quite as "stupid" here in the Maritimes, Halifax has had a lot of hot air blown into its market and things here are really too expensive as well {especially when considering NB's property tax policy on residential rental properties}.While we are always looking for REOs and other deals, our focus is renovating our properties for energy efficiency and ploughing any surplus cash-flow into paying down mortgages so, when the air rushes out of this dirigible, we are ready to go shopping.
