I was thinking a bridge loan might be an option , and then refi it later and pay back the bridge loan,  but I'm waiting for lenders to reach back out and run some numbers.

And how are you going to get a 6% loan on it ?

I recently did a short term fix and flip loan investor to investor loan for 6 months @ 5 pts and 15% interest rate. 

I’ve bought 5 houses with 401k loans up to 50k.

FHA 203(k) loans are a great way to get into a property, add value, and set yourself up for strong equity when you eventually rent it out.Biggest things to watch out for:1.Contractors & Timeline – The loan requires HUD-approved contractors, and the rehab process can take longer than expected.

Is it smart to take out a 40 year loan to get some cash flow?  

Curious if anyone has done that since land loans aren't great terms.
