Hey Themis, it sounds like you already have a solid foundation in real estate from working in the commercial industry, so it should be a pretty smooth transition into doing your own investments.I would put a lot of focus on building out your team of contractors.

Licensed in both Hawaii and Vermont at the moment, navigating acquisitions and depositions by collaborating the directions of my client with grounded professional understanding. 

The best advice I can give you for studying for you license is to voice record yourself reading questions and answers on notes cards.

Up until November, actively licensed VRD (Vacation Rental Dwellings) could transfer one time to the new owner.
